Whistle Key Ring Bushings Overview
This highly demanded pen style was first popularized in noted pen turner Dick Sings new book Unique and Unusual Pens. A 40" silk lanyard loops through the "eye" finial so your pen hangs conveniently around your neck. It has the added flexibility of "detaching" the pen from the lanyard and has the same quick release mechanism as our detachable key ring. The kit offers standard 24k gold plated components with the same high quality mechanisms as our other pen kits. Both require two 5/8" x 5/8" x 2-1/8" wood blanks, 7mm brad point or pen makers bit, pen mandrel. Regular lanyard kit uses pen/pencil bushing set, detachable lanyard kit uses these whistle key ring bushings.
